Return

Once you've notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You have to pay for the return of the package yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

The condition of the item when you return it

If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a way other than what was needed to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you can only recover a portion of the purchase price. The amount you can get back depends on the trade value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only recover the shipping costs. We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.
