No fees are charged for credit cards.
The amount will not be drawn from your card account until the goods are dispatched.
The webshop is open 24 hours a day. However, there is a reservation that we close the webshop due to maintenance.
You can only make purchases when the webshop is open and accessible.
You select the items you want to buy and put them in the "basket". Up to the time of ordering, you can correct the contents of the shopping cart and you can continuously check the contents as well as the price of the goods.
Any additional payments for freight and debit card fees will be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay.
Data you send when you buy a debit card is encrypted - and thus only Bambora can read it.
Neither Sea Ranch ApS nor others have the opportunity to read your data. The amount of the goods is only deducted when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. A greater amount can never be deducted than what you approved for the purchase. You can pay with the following cards: Dankort, Visa Dankort, JCB, VISA, Visa Electron, Mastercard.
When you buy an item before 12:00 p.m. there will be delivery within 2 - 6 working days.
We do not consider Saturday, Sunday, holidays, Constitution Day as 24 December and 31 December as working days. Items are shipped with UPS.
There will charged EUR 16 for delivery, but it's free of charge when your order is above EUR 150. We deliver to Europe.
As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, in which you have the right to cancel the purchase.
This cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you received your goods. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you received the last item.
The period means that you have 14 days after receiving the goods to let us know that you want to cancel the purchase. You can send an e-mail to email@example.com. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods, unless you inform us at the same time.
Cancelling part of the purchase
Upon purchase, there is a 30-day cancellation right. Item shipped to:

Fill in the enclosed return form and then return the item to us with the enclosed return label. Some goods are not covered by the right of withdrawal, and this will be stated in the order process.
In order to claim the right of withdrawal, you must complete the enclosed return form and notify us within 14 days of receipt of the item. You can contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you need a new return slip.
The right of cancellation runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitutional day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day. In the case of several different items, which are ordered on one order but delivered individually, the period runs from the receipt of the last item.
After receipt, you must handle the goods alone in a way that allows you to determine the nature, characteristics and the way in which they operate. The item must not have been used.
Returning the goods
Please note that you can use the return label, then the return freight is pre-paid from us. We do don’t return freight charges you have payed yourself. We recommend that you return the article in its original packaging, and use our return label.
The state of the article when you return it
If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the sale-able value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.
Refund of the purchase sum
If you cancel a purchase, you will get your money back. If the value of the article is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We refund all payments received from you, not later than 14 days from the day when we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.

Right to make complaints
When you trade with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies.
This means that you have a right to complain within 24 months. Please contact us before you return the article.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you may either have the item repaired or replaced, or your money refunded, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered a defect. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, it will always be regarded as within a reasonable time. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your freight costs (within reason). The article must always be retuned in suitable packaging. Remember also to obtain a receipt for dispatch, so that we can pay back your freight costs.
